Her practice also included recovery, employment, personal injury, construction disputes and product liability.
While an Associate at Wilson Elser, LLP, her litigation practice focused on premises, products and professional liability. She represented medical and other professionals, product manufacturers and distributors, landowners, as well as clients in the automotive industry.
While an Associate at Callahan McCune & Willis, LLP, Virginia focused on the defense of professional medical malpractice, representing medical professionals in litigation and Medical Board Actions.
Virginia is the managing broker and owner at Alspaugh Properties, a boutique real estate firm focused on residential property purchases and sales. Her real estate practice focuses on helping individual and corporate clients find their perfect home or investment property, or market their property for sale or lease.
