Frederick Jeng’s dynamic legal and business experience allows him to serve his clients, domestically and in Asia, as their general counsel in the areas of intellectual property protection and licensing, various transactional agreements, and business formations. Mr. Jeng helps his clients build powerful brands by using innovative, cost-effective trademark development, maintenance, policing, and protection strategies.
Mr. Jeng assisted start-ups by building a strong foundation when forming their business in various industries, such as fashion/apparel, entertainment, and high technology. He utilized his intellectual property experience by advising his clients on strategic protection of their intellectual property assets. He advises artists on their management representation, talent agency representation, and label commitments and successfully prosecuted the artists’ trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
